Nutrition Clarity Foundation hosts workshops and community events that help individuals and families better understand food labels, ingredients, and everyday grocery decisions.
Our events provide practical nutrition education designed to make food information clearer and easier to apply in everyday life.
Events may include:

• In-person community workshops
• Community partner events and presentations
Events are free and open to the public.
Virtual Workshops are held:
Second Tuesday of each month 7:00 PM CST Virtual (Zoom)
Each workshop includes:
• Clear explanations of nutrition labels and ingredients
• Real-life grocery examples
• Practical strategies for everyday food decisions
• Questions and discussion
Participants also receive access to additional Nutrition Clarity resources after each workshop.
